FREE STANDARD SHIPPING WORLDWIDE
The Silver Loom offers free standard shipping worldwide. Orders shipped with standard shipping are delivered by An Post (See shipping times by location below)
STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES
We ship with An Post for all standard deliveries.
Ireland. Allow 2-3 days.
UK. Allow 8-10 days.
Europe. Allow 8-10 days.
Rest of World. Allow 8-10 days.
EXPRESS DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS
We ship with DHL express for all orders to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible, An extra delivery fee of €20 will be charged at the checkout for all express orders. Orders shipped with DHL express are delivered in 1-3 days.
CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EU
For dispatch to countries outside the EU, sales tax will not be charged. Please note that your package may be assessed for import or customs fees on entry into the destination country. These duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that The Silver Loom does not have the ability to declare a different value when shipping your order as this is considered a legal offence.
CUSTOMERS WITHIN THE EU
In accordance with the laws governing members of the EU, all orders delivered within Ireland and to destinations in member countries of the EU are inclusive of VAT. The final price will be calculated at the checkout after the destination country has been selected. If you are at all unsure please don't hesitate to contact us to check.
DELIVERY TO RUSSIA
Please note that shipments with DHL to Russia are only possible to registered businesses addresses and may be subject to longer customs processing times due to strengthened control measures. For delivery to private individuals please contact us to discuss alternative courier options.
