Each Silver Loom piece is handcrafted and requires very delicate handling.

All products are made from recycled sterling 925 silver, which can oxidise over time by exposure to the air and substances from the skin.

Never wear your jewellery when in a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi or the shower.

To prevent the jewellery from oxidising, we recommend you to store the product inside the accompanied jewellery box when not worn.

In the possible event of oxidisation, use reducing agent (silver polishing cloth) to clean the piece, which should be stocked at most local silversmiths or jewellers.

Our bracelets can be adjusted ever so slightly in size by tightening or loosening the bangle carefully. However, ensure you only do this once, as it might break if done frequently. 

Many of our pieces are delicate. Damage or twist may occur with excessive uneven force. Product may get caught in garments, resulting in unexpected accidents. Handle with care.

Remove your jewellery during physical work, sports, before bed, and keep away from reach of children. If skin irritation or problems are noticed during use, stop using immediately and consult a doctor.

Please note that changes in appearance of surface finishes are not considered a defect, but a sign of normal wear and tear. You may use various jewellery polishing solutions to bring the shine back to the metal.
